Corporate Associate opportunity within K3 Law, a growing Boutique Law Firm offering exposure to a wide range of corporate work and career progression within a leading UK professional services organisation.
The Company
K3 Law is a high-quality boutique corporate law firm and is part of K3 Capital Group, a multidisciplinary Advisory & Professional Services group focused on advising mid-market corporate clients throughout the UK and with an international presence. The firm provides legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments, led by experienced Directors with a strong background in top law firms.
The Opportunity
Following an outstanding first year during which the K3 Law team completed over 20 mid-market M&A transactions, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate to join the team and work on various Corporate Transactions (sellside, buyside, capital markets, PE fundraise).
K3 Law offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits. The working arrangements include a mix of office and remote work, supporting both ambitious and work-life balanced individuals.
If you are a Qualified Lawyer with at least 4-5 years PQE in Corporate Law, motivated to develop your career in a fast-paced environment working on high-quality legal work, we want to hear from you.
