Overview

Global financial services operator is seeking a Senior Counsel to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Central London office. Immediate availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad day-to-day corporate advisory, general commercial contracts, and compliance/regulatory support.
• Support cross-border matters across the company’s international network of offices.
• Support stakeholders across business functions, with a focus on Treasury, Finance and Tax.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE, ideally from a corporate background; consideration also given to banking & finance lawyers transitioning to a generalist in-house role.
• Applications welcomed from UK & Ireland qualified lawyers and from other Commonwealth jurisdictions.
