Overview

Senior Corporate Counsel, 12mth, £110k – maternity cover. Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week in the Central London office. Immediate start required.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate advisory support and general commercial contract review.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory matters.
• Support cross-border matters across the company’s international network of offices.
• Support stakeholders across Treasury, Finance and Tax as part of the legal team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' PQE.
• Ideally from a corporate background; consideration for banking & finance lawyers moving into a generalist in-house role.
• UK & Ireland qualified lawyers; applications from other Commonwealth jurisdictions will be considered.
