    • Coordinate data collection, cross-functional inputs, and project timelines across Product, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams.
    • Support ongoing tracking and analysis of the M&A pipeline.
  • Engage in Fundraising and Debt Financing Activities
    • Assist in preparing materials for equity fundraising, including investor decks, data rooms, and due diligence responses.
    • Work closely with the CFO and external partners to support debt financing activities, including relationship management with lenders and maintenance of financial information required for credit reviews.
    • Develop models, forecasts, and scenario analyses in support of capital strategy.
  • Support Communications with Shareholders and the Board
    • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and strategic presentations.
    • Help manage recurring and ad hoc communications with shareholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date materials for internal and external reporting.
  • Drive Broader Strategic and Commercial Initiatives
    • Contribute to high-priority strategic projects across the business (e.g., market expansion, pricing strategies, business case evaluation).
    • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with teams across the business to collect inputs and align execution with strategic priorities.

Skills and qualifications

  • Commercially minded, analytical, and collaborative professional with a balance of strategic insight and executional rigor.
  • Proven experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting, private equity, or a strategic finance role within a high-growth company.
