Overview

Senior Corporate Sales Manager at DNA Payments. Target merchants with £20m+ annual turnover across sectors such as retail, hospitality, and services. Identify and close new business opportunities, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and contract signing. Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver value through unified, end-to-end payment solutions. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Targeting and acquiring high-value merchants
  • Pitching directly to C-level and finance decision-makers
  • Leading deals from prospecting to signed contract
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Reporting pipeline activity and exceeding targets

You must have

  • Strong experience in payments/acquiring/fintech sales
  • A track record of selling into medium and large enterprises
  • Sharp commercial instincts and strong negotiation skills
  • Self-starter mentality — this is a remote/hybrid role with autonomy

Salary: £60,000–£75,000

Realistic OTE: £115,000–£125,000 in Year 1
