Overview

My client is recruiting for an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis.

This is a rare opportunity to handle high-quality work in a supportive and collaborative environment without the need for office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad corporate caseload, including share and asset disposals and acquisitions
• Prepare and negotiate shareholder agreements
• Draft and review partnership and LLP agreements
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts
• Handle bank funding matters
• Build relationships with clients and introducers and provide clear, practical, and commercially astute advice

What We\'re Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years\' PQE in corporate law
• Confidence in managing a varied caseload and working autonomously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Entrepreneurial drive and an interest in contributing to the growth of the corporate department
• Professional, approachable, and client-focused
