Overview

Senior CSA Project Manager – The Construction Index Ltd, Leeds, UK. Salary £85,000 - £115,000 + Travel Allowance + Bonus. Travel or stay-away may be required as projects are across the country; this is a static role assigned to a single project for its extended duration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of CSA works from design coordination and technical tender assessments to subcontractor management and project execution.
• Manage procurement, programme and budget control, quality assurance, and client engagement.
• Lead technical teams, coordinate daily activities across contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with project delivery standards on mission-critical projects.
• Establish risk and opportunity management procedures, including an early warning system for potential risks or changes.
• Handover projects to operations teams and resolve all defects.
• Liaise with clients to manage their needs and expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong CSA (civil, structural & architectural) construction background.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex commercial, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading high-value construction projects in structured, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with full project lifecycle, from design coordination to commissioning and handover.

Location & Travel

Based anywhere in the UK with mobility required due to projects nationwide; travel or stay-away as required. Projects may be located across the country with potential opportunities to work abroad.
