Opportunity
We are seeking a French-speaking Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team! This full-time, hybrid role based in Manchester involves driving success across our highest opportunity accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers maximize the value of our platform, achieve their business goals, and grow their partnership with SafetyCulture.
About You
- 10+ years of total work experience, including 5+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally with Enterprise customers or within an Enterprise-level organization
- Fluent in French and English
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Transportation, and/or Logistics or managing Enterprise customers in these sectors
- Strong ability to build executive relationships and drive business value
- Experience leveraging data to inform strategies
- Excellent persuasion and presentation skills
- Active listening skills and customer pain point understanding
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: proficiency in German
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, helping them adopt and maximize our solutions
- Understand customer objectives and industry needs to drive success
- Own customer retention, ensuring renewals and reducing churn
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales for expansion
- Provide industry-specific insights and recommendations
- Advocate for customers internally, influencing product development
- Develop industry-specific playbooks, collateral, and case studies
