Senior CX Marketing Consultant

As a Senior CX Marketing Consultant you are the catalyst for client growth, playing a pivotal role in transforming their digital marketing performance. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to design, implement, and aggressively optimise digital programmes, leveraging HubSpot and complementary platforms to achieve tangible, measurable growth. This role is for a marketing leader who solves complex challenges and connects business strategy directly to marketing technology execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Discovery & Strategy Blueprinting
    • Conduct deep industry and competitive research to understand market trends, competitor landscapes and critical opportunities.
    • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to collaboratively define client needs, processes, core goals and success criteria.
    • Architect marketing processes and digital marketing strategies and execution plans.
    • Provide strategic guidance across digital marketing, demand generation, lead nurturing, brand strategy, and lead scoring.
    • Translate complex or ambiguous requirements into actionable strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Technology Operation and Delivery
    • Operate and manage HubSpot Marketing & Content Hub features such as emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, blogs, social media, ads and reporting tools.
    • Operate complementary platforms and app partners such as DemandBase and other Martech tools.
    • Develop and implement marketing data requirements, personalisation logic and marketing reporting frameworks.
    • Provide business requirements for data migrations and imports.
    • Conduct proof‑of‑concept exercises to test campaigns and strategies.
  • Data, Reporting & Analytics
    • Develop and maintain integrated reporting across technology solutions.
    • Build dashboards that measure KPIs, performance and ROI.
    • Analyse reports to generate insights and make actionable recommendations.
    • Support evolution of marketing goals and forecasts based on results.
    • Drive excellence in reporting through deep knowledge of HubSpot reporting capabilities and marketing analytics best practices.
  • Quality Assurance & Change Management
    • Lead and facilitate user acceptance testing of marketing processes and campaigns.
    • Conduct peer reviews for quality assurance and coordinate client demonstrations.
    • Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies, including training, newsletters, video tutorials and champion programmes.
    • Create and maintain change management materials and training documentation.
    • Monitor adoption and usage through reports and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Project Delivery
    • Host internal and external workshops and meetings to align stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with specialist roles to deliver complete, integrated solutions.
    • Contribute proactively to project planning, identifying dependencies, resources and timelines.
    • Take ownership of relevant metrics, including accurate documentation and timesheet recording to enable performance tracking.
    • Achieve 100 % of Huble’s chargeable target for your role.
  • Innovation & Knowledge Sharing
    • Track and master the latest industry strategies, emerging technologies and process innovations.
    • Contribute to Huble’s internal knowledge base and evolve propositions, frameworks and best practices.
    • Train and upskill peers on new tools, emerging AI capabilities and innovative methodologies.
    • Build your professional profile within the HubSpot ecosystem by contributing to thought leadership while safeguarding intellectual property.
  • Scoping & Commercial Partnership
    • Participate in pre‑sales discovery workshops to deeply uncover client challenges and strategic needs.
    • Identify opportunities and solutions aligned with client objectives, budgets and timelines.
    • Assist in defining scope, estimating effort and identifying dependencies, using frameworks such as MoSCoW.
    • Contribute to statements of work, ensuring assumptions, risks and dependencies are communicated and aligned.
    • Support handover to delivery teams, sharing final solution design and risk assessment.
    • Continuously refine scope and estimates through progressive elaboration.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 7+ years dedicated experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Documented success delivering large‑scale, complex marketing programs for enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy, demand/lead generation, campaign execution and the ability to connect business strategy with marketing technology execution.
  • Hands‑on experience with major CRM and/or marketing platforms – HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.
  • Preferred, but not required: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Brand Strategy or related discipline.
