This role is 37 hours per week based at multiple UK sites. Hybrid working patterns available. Travel to customer sites will be expected. RoleAs a Senior Cyber Security Consultant you will support across a number of Cyber Security and Information Assurance outputs within the Future Combat Air System Delivery Team. Day-to-day, you will be involved in the maturation of existing FCAS Secure by Design strategy work, creating a comprehensive set of programme policies and associated implementation guidance, and setting the approach to the assurance of systems, services and applications. ResponsibilitiesProviding cyber security support to the rollout of new systems satisfying all security aspectsInput to Data Loss Prevention and Data Architecture designSecure By Design question set submissionsCreating programme-specific artefacts and processes such as SyOPsProducing a Defence Security Management Plan and risk assessment capturing all relevant aspects requiredEngaging with key stakeholders to align expectations and processes across the wider programme Essential ExperienceThe ability to understand cyber risk impact on business outcomes and communicate effectivelyPrevious experience articulating evidence-based arguments for recommended courses of actionUnderstanding how architects and designers employ technology to build systems of interestDigitally literate (including fluency in Microsoft Office tools)Ability to understand and apply relevant NIST frameworks and ISO27001 standardsKnowledge of MITRE ATT&CK Essential QualificationsWe value difference and do not have a fixed idea about background or education; if you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn, we would like to hear from you.
