Excellent senior-level opportunity to work as part of a team managing and advising a portfolio of corporate and trustee clients for a leading Pensions Consultancy.

About the role

• Oversee a portfolio of schemes, delivering governance and technical advice.
• Lead the development of advice, capability, and team members.
• Develop strategic plans to implement new benefits, de-risking, or major change programmes for clients.
• Communicate complex and technical issues at board director level, constructing business cases and risk analyses.
• Oversee the development of team members.
• Work across multiple delivery areas to ensure comprehensive client service.

About you

• Extensive experience in defined benefit pension schemes and employee benefits sector.
• Background in managing key client accounts and developing relationships at board director level.
• Good network across pension consulting areas.
