Are you a hands-on Senior Project Manager who loves to drive delivery — not just talk about it?
This is a newly created role within a large-scale organisation that’s doing great things, leading a major Continuous Improvement programme across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Customer Service, Field Service and Omni Channel modules.
You’ll play a key part in delivering enhancements and improvements across D365, helping the business get real value from its move away from legacy on-prem systems.
As the Senior Delivery Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple CRM workstreams, managing agile teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope, and to a high standard. This is a role for a do-er — someone who thrives in the detail, drives momentum, and ensures results are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, with a strong focus on Field Service.
- Lead and mentor scrum teams, ensuring agile delivery practices are embedded.
- Oversee project planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met and solutions deliver real value.
- Promote continuous improvement and project management best practice across the organisation.
- Support and coach other project managers to raise overall delivery capability.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects (particularly Field Service).
- Strong background in Agile project management and leading scrum teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale systems or business applications to large user groups.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset – you make things happen, not just plan them.
You’ll be joining a collaborative organisation that genuinely values its people — offering great benefits and a supportive team culture.
