As a Senior Demand Planner – Stock Keeping Unit (Replenishment), you’ll manage and improve inventory forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels and drive efficient replenishment. You’ll own medium-term forecasting, track forecast accuracy, and work cross-functionally to support supply chain performance. The role includes scenario planning, risk management, and contribution to S&OP meetings to address supply challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Medium-Term Forecast Ownership
- Track projected inventory by Country, Brand, Category
- Own and refine a 6-month rolling forecast, using input from other forecasts, planned promotions, historical trends and stock levels
- Monitor forecast accuracy and drive improvements
- Trigger replenishment orders based on forecast and target stock levels
- Define and maintain reorder points, safety stock levels, and min/max thresholds
- Represent demand planning in S&OP meetings, providing insights on forecast accuracy, supply constraints, and campaign feasibility
- Run what-if scenarios for demand surges, supply delays, or promotional changes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management with e-commerce experience preferred
- Understanding of inventory KPIs, replenishment models, etc.
- Ability to synthesize and communicate with both commercial and operational teams
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet modeling with a first formal experience in coding, ideally Python (or other scripting language) skills is desirable
- Understanding of regression techniques would be a plus
