Senior Design Engineer Job in Dungannon / Omagh / Cookstown area, Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

Salary - £40,000 - £55,000+ and 1 day remote working.

Bela Recruitment is supporting a highly successful, local family Engineering/Manufacturing company to find a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.

Company

Specialise in the design and manufacture their own range of advanced machines, they are a secure & growing business, keen to strengthen their team with an senior design engineer, thanks to demand for their quality products. "More stable industry than Crushing & Screening".

Responsibilities

• Designing Static Recycling Plants, creating drawings using SolidWorks.
• Improve product designs and drive innovation across mechanical systems.
• Preparing Engineering Drawings, Bills of Materials, Project Planning, and collaborating with Interal Teams & Customers.
• Identify any mechanical issues & find solutions, during design and manufacturing process.
• Ensure all designs comply with each countries/customer, standards and criteria.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree or similar.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Ideally 3+ years designing heavy equipment for material processing or another similar sector.

£40,000 - £55,000+ (Call if you live in mid-ulster area but earning more and want a move)
