We’re now looking for a bold and imaginative Senior Designer to create eye-catching designs and videos that stop the scroll, spark engagement, and strengthen Dext’s brand across every channel.

The role – what you’ll do

As ourSenior Designer, you’ll be a creative powerhouse who can turn big ideas into bold, channel-first visuals that capture attention, drive engagement, and strengthen Dext’s brand identity at every touchpoint.

This is your chance to shape how the world sees Dext—through design, motion, and video that makes a lasting impression.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Design and deliver high-quality creative across digital, social, campaigns, presentations, and content formats
• Produce and edit engaging short-form video content for organic and paid social, campaigns, and customer stories
• Support long-form storytelling through designed and video-based content such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars
• Act as a brand guardian, refreshing and evolving guidelines to keep the brand moving forward
• Commission, brief, and QA freelancers and agencies
• Contribute to improving workflows, processes, and creative ways of working
• Mentor and support the mid-weight designer’s growth.
• Deliver projects on time and communicate clearly when priorities shift.

About you

You’re a creative storyteller and skilled designer who’s passionate about shaping brand identity through design and video. You’re proactive, adaptable, and confident, turning complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals that connect with audiences across every channel.

Skills and experience that matter

• Strong portfolio showcasing design craft across brand, digital, and campaign creative
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Confident in video editing and motion tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong visual communication skills: typography, layout, hierarchy
• Excellent time management, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of channel-first design principles: social, campaigns, long-form, presentations
• Experience working with brand systems and guidelines to ensure consistency
• Understanding of accessibility, optimisation, and responsive design
• Strategic yet hands-on, able to balance the big picture with detail and craft
• Collaborative and approachable, thriving in a friendly, professional team culture
