Senior Designer, Priddy Books (12 months, fixed term contract)
Join to apply for the Senior Designer, Priddy Books (12 months, fixed term contract) role at Pan Macmillan.
Priddy Books was founded twenty-five years ago. We have sold millions of books worldwide, including the bestselling series First 100 Words and See, Touch, Feel. This is a fixed-term opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys creating innovative novelty books with flaps, pops, sounds, and other novelty elements. You will work closely with the production team and understand the needs of discerning customers—babies and toddlers.
As a Senior Designer in our small creative team, you will be responsible for the creation of multiple books each publishing season, from idea conception to print-ready PDFs. You should be confident in the technical aspects of creating novelty books and able to collaborate with the production team.
We welcome creative applications that demonstrate what you will bring to the team.
Your role
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Designer is a key role in the creative team. The team is small, and you will work independently, managing multiple projects alongside an editor, and supporting more junior designers.

A can-do attitude, strong organisational skills, excellent written English, and the ability to work well with others are essential.
