About the Department

Investments Technology Services, part of the Operations division, provides global technology services to create value for our clients.

It develops and maintains a technology strategy aligned with the company’s operating model, ensuring robust and appropriate solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of BI solutions that support strategic investment decisions, shaping our BI architecture and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards, optimize data loading methods, and build data models using DAX and visualization techniques.

• Integrate data from multiple sources, develop ETL processes, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Maintain reusable Power BI components including Fabric Shortcuts, Models, Datasets, and Dataflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.

• Optimize reports for performance and usability, and provide user training and support for self-service BI.

• Stay updated with Power BI features and industry trends to enhance BI solutions.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, preferably in Investments.

• Strong skills in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.

• Experience with SQL and data integration; Alteryx experience is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
