The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in DevOps and cloud technologies, you'll work with organisations seeking exceptional talent across roles including:

• Site Reliability Engineers (SRE)
• Cloud Security Specialists

Key Responsibilities

You'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from business development to successful placements. This includes staying current with cloud technologies and DevOps practices, building strong relationships with technical leaders, and maintaining an active network of skilled practitioners across AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern DevOps tooling.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of DevOps culture and cloud technologies
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
• Commercial acumen and proven business development skills
• Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets
