Overview

Senior DevOps Engineer – Location: Flexible UK-wide (with bi-weekly visits to London); Work Style: Hybrid / Remote-first; Clearance Required: Eligible for UK Security Clearance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Architecting and maintaining AWS cloud environments
• Managing Kubernetes clusters (plus Docker & Helm)
• Building CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools
• Driving observability with tools like CloudWatch, ELK, and Grafana
• Mentoring junior engineers and shaping DevOps best practices
• Ensuring security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness

Your Experience

• AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm)
• CI/CD pipeline development
• Monitoring and logging systems
• Basic programming skills
• UK citizenship and 5+ years UK residency (for clearance eligibility)

Locations

Work from any of our UK offices (including Bristol, Cheltenham, Manchester, London) or remotely. Just be ready to visit London-based clients twice a month.
