Core responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision – Continue to drive a clear, ambitious direction for your product area, aligned with broader business strategy and global objectives.
  • Own the product roadmap and OKRs – Set and track quarterly OKRs, ensuring your team delivers real business impact and makes trade-offs to maximise impact for users.
  • Champion end-to-end user experiences – Deeply understand core user journeys across LEGO.com, ensuring each product or feature contributes to a cohesive, world-class customer experience.
  • Lead problem space area – Analyse and interpret user needs and business strategies to solve problem statements, build strong user stories and acceptance criteria with the product team.
  • Drive collaboration across teams – Work closely with global eCommerce, marketing, retail, analytics, engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
  • Lead product discovery – Continuously explore opportunities alongside our User Research Service Design teams seeking design, data, and cross-functional input. Validate assumptions and evolve the product based on insights and experimentation.
  • Balance priorities effectively – Navigate trade-offs between technical constraints, user needs, and commercial outcomes to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence – Present ideas, updates, and decisions to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams with confidence and precision.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder alignment – Build trust and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners, even beyond your direct remit.
  • Embed a culture of accountability and ownership – Guide your team with clear direction, unblock challenges as they arise, and foster a high-performance, delivery-focused environment.
