Senior Digital Product Manager

New Yesterday

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our core digital products. As Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll shape the digital experience for everyone affected by Parkinson's and colleagues while leading our design and accessibility frameworks to deliver inclusive experiences across all products and platforms. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise to advance our mission and make a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by Parkinson's. As our Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and refining our key digital products, with a focus on our primary digital platform, our website. You'll drive the product strategy by working closely with our community, product teams, and key stakeholders to ensure our digital solutions are fully aligned with the organization's mission and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and create the vision and strategy for the digital product — our website — ensuring alignment with organisational goals, strategy and user needs.
  • Define and manage robust product roadmaps, balancing delivery with maximising value.
  • Champion user-centred design and data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle, leading user research to guide product evolution.
  • Ensure that the digital product adheres to the highest legal, security, and accessibility standards, proactively staying up to date with emerging digital trends and regulatory changes.
  • Mentor and foster the professional development of a high-performing team of product managers, cultivating a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage product operations, from requirements and prioritisation to tracking metrics, ensuring effective delivery through iteration and balanced governance.
  • Proven track record in managing, optimising, and evolving large-scale digital products; skilled in defining product roadmaps, working autonomously, and setting strategic direction for complex workstreams.
  • Champion of accessibility and equity with proven expertise in user research, testing, and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to shape strategy, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and secure buy-in across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The in-person/office attendance expectation for this role will be a minimum of 1 day in the office per week.
