Senior Dynamics CE Consultant

Hybrid/Remote

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join a leading Microsoft partner. This role is perfect for an experienced Dynamics/Power Platform professional who enjoys client-facing work, requirements gathering, and solution delivery. You will contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, while working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and define business processes.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to meet client needs.
• Support solution design in collaboration with architects and development teams.
• Deliver proofs of concept, demonstrations, and presentations for clients and prospects.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including tender responses and solution proposals.
• Document functional and technical specifications for client projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices and adoption strategies.
• Support data migration, integration, and early live support activities.
• Share knowledge with project teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date Microsoft certifications and knowledge of Dynamics 365/Power Platform capabilities.

Required Skills/Experience

• Strong Dynamics 365 CE experience, including customization, configuration, and consulting.
• Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and business process design.
• Exposure to pre-sales consulting, workshops, and client presentations.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure/Office 365) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle, Agile methodology, and release management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with users of all levels.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
