Conducting Preliminary Ecology Appraisals, Ecological Impact Assessments, and Habitats Regulations Assessments. Designing and leading ecological surveys and mitigation strategies. Mentoring consultants and graduates, and contributing to the team’s success. Collaborating across disciplines on unique, high-impact projects. Managing client relationships and ensuring your advice shapes the success of their projects.
Qualifications
Academic qualifications in ecology or biological sciences. CIEEM membership, with a commitment to Chartership. In-depth knowledge of the legislative and planning policy framework. Excellent survey skills, including extended Phase I/UKHabs, specialized species surveys (holding at least one license or specialisation), and/or botanical assessments. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Alignment with company values and a passion for innovation.
