Senior Ecommerce Executive role at Pentland Brands.

Talent Partner @ Pentland Brands (Speedo, Berghaus, Canterbury, Ellesse, Endura, Kickers, & Mitre).

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day website activity, product launches, proposition changes, and content.
  • Working with the Ecommerce Manager to quantify opportunities & risks.
  • Responding to trading conditions to ensure plans are in place to achieve targets.
  • Utilising insight and data to support in shaping the Ecommerce strategy for Speedo.
  • Utilising data and analytics to drive category performance and product sell-through.
  • Developing and implementing ecommerce strategies to improve website performance.
  • Working with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Maintaining trade calendar and overseeing website uploads and landing pages development.
  • Communicating with key stakeholders including brand, marketing, creative and merchandising.
  • Keeping up to date with ecommerce trends and monitoring competitor activity online.
  • Supporting ongoing optimisation projects across the brand.
  • Working closely with the Merchandising team to ensure trading activity is supported by appropriate stock availability.
  • Inputting into onsite merchandising and search to ensure maximum visibility of seasonal and core stock to drive sell-through.
  • Coordinating the management of promotions and offers and assists with price changes.

What you bring to the role / Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • An understanding of commercial drivers and an ability to utilise data to make informed decisions to drive performance.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working within a matrixed organisation.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with analytical / software suites (Google Analytics, Tableau, SAP BW).
  • A team player with the ability to influence and collaborate across several teams.
  • Proactive and creative thinker who can bring new ideas to the table.
  • You are achievement-oriented with the desire to learn and grow.
  • You have forecast management experience.
  • Experience of CMS platforms with the ability to learn and interpret new systems quickly.
