Job Purpose — As part of the Health & Wellbeing International team this hybrid role will support our digital commerce expansion across Europe. This individual will be responsible for delivering growth and operational excellence for pureplay, social commerce and webshop channels. About The Team
We are The Wellbeing Collective, an exciting new division within Unilever built with a start-up mindset by welcoming a fantastic selection of companies to the Unilever family. These companies include OLLY, Liquid I.V., SmartyPants, Welly, Onnit and Nutrafol in the US and Equilibra in Italy. Established in 2019, The Wellbeing Collective is Unilever’s fastest growing business.
Vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS) is the primary category focus of the business unit. The Wellbeing Collective is made up of a group of businesses that have been selectively acquired based on criteria including differentiated and purpose-led brands, future-proof needstates, end-consumer engagement and a digital-first go-to-market approach integrated into the business model.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ecommerce channel expansion in new European markets
- Lead end-to-end ecommerce trading and on-platform media for Amazon UK and Pan-European
- Drive collaboration with relevant stakeholders across Brand, Technical and Supply to align ecommerce strategy with overall business needs
- Manage external Amazon Ads agency to optimise the execution of a multi-million-pound brand marketing investment plan to win and retain customers across the Amazon flywheel
- Partner with marketing to ensure that the digital trade plan is supported and work on new implementations which can drive revenue
- Drive Amazon Tech adoption ensuring usage and development of future Amazon tech requirements; share best practices across the division
- Track competitor performance, strategies, and provide strategic recommendations to respond
All About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing ecommerce channels with Amazon 3p, and ideally UK, experience required. Need to be seen as the Amazon expert within the team.
- Experience of optimising on-site user experience and performance marketing to drive and convert demand on digital channels
- Strong commercial acumen with experience of leading negotiations and building joint business planning with customers
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to deliver results
- Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- A passion to harness data and insights to drive informed decision-making, optimise strategies, and measure performance against KPIs
- Experience managing digital agency partners and media budgets with an understanding of content supply chain development
- Strong collaboration skills required to manage projects through complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities
