Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex electrical design projects with minimal supervision
• Produce sophisticated calculations, technical drawings and design solutions independently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including environmental specialists and CAD teams
• Manage project timelines and resource requirements strategically
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects and design team members
