This growing consultancy is looking for an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer to join its close–knit, supportive team. As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems in accordance with industry standards, producing detailed drawings, technical specifications, and engineering reports. This primarily office–based role offers hybrid working, occasional site visits, and excellent opportunities for ongoing training, professional development, and clear career progression.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design within the construction industry, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. You'll be driven, eager to learn, and committed to developing your career. A valid full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

The Role:

• Design electrical systems compliant with codes and industry standards, including calculations and 2D/3D drawings.
• Prepare engineering reports and technical specifications.
• Coordinate electrical designs with other disciplines for integrated solutions.
• Office–based, with hybrid and site travel

The Person:

• Electrical design engineer with some construction industry experience.
• Chartered, or have the desire to become Chartered
• Eager for training and development.
• Based within a commutable distance from Cambridge
