SUMMARY
The Customer Success Manager will oversee and support the implementation and ongoing success of Foods Connected tools with our current and new customers across the product range focused on Procurement & Supply Chain including our Livestock Purchasing & Protein Optimise Solution.
In this hands-on account management role, you will over time increase the uptake of services and licenses for the Foods Connected software solutions, with existing customers being a key component of success in this role. Collaborating across teams with support from our internal Development, Marketing Team and Product Team will be instrumental in managing this success.
Openness to travel in this role is key to successfully helping our clients solve their toughest problems and implement solutions to improve their operations. You'll be responsible for some of the accounts we have with Europe's largest retailers, working to ensure the system is delivering to their Procurement & Supply Chain needs.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS LEADERSHIP & GROWTH - 80%
• Lead the successful implementation of new projects with customers on their usage of our Procurement & Supply Chain solutions.
• Provide consultancy services to our customers on best practice and detailed process mapping.
• Day to Day customer account management to ensure that they are maximising the potential of the system that has been implemented with them.
• Collaborate with our business development team to grow business with current customers into new areas or sectors that our solutions could be utilised in.
• Collaborate with our business development team to ensure communication to new customers on the potential of what we can offer is being done in the best way possible.
• Develop processes and strategies to ensure that we are implementing and managing customer projects in the most optimal way possible.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT - 20%
• Through collaboration with the Foods Connected Product Team integrate the voice of the customer into CS Operational Excellence practices, partnering with User Experience (UX) to improve customer sentiment, closing the loop on all customer feedback.
• Implement a repeatable lifecycle strategy for servicing new product lines and ensuring that feedback from the customer is flowing into the product roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years relevant experience in a commercial role (buying or selling); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years' experience in a role within the Meat industry, specifically focused on yield management, data analytics and procurement/sales
• A strong understanding of livestock deconstruction, yield management, product costing and P&L management
• Ability to perform detailed analytical analysis of customers data to identify optimum carcase balance and carcase returns.
• Food industry experience interacting with software systems for tracking Production, Quality, Suppliers or Procurement.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, the Customer Success Manager should have experience with:
• Knowledge of software solutions utilised across the Food Industry for livestock procurement, carcase deboning, ERP systems and sales forecast management.
• Ability to present and lead meetings.
• Ability to take full control of customer relationships and delivery of projects and professional services.
• Strong capability with Excel for detailed data analysis and presentation of this information back in a concise and coherent manner.
• Strong capability with Power Point and delivery of presentations and content.
• Deep understanding of product costings and yield management
• Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and describe return on investment.
