A Senior/Lead Hardware Design Engineer is needed for a company with a global presence and leadership in its industry. The company are specialists with millions of customers worldwide. Very flexible working and 1 day per week on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hardware design for next-generation products, influencing how the product should be developed and contributing your own ideas.
• Work on digital design with an appreciation of firmware.
• Own responsibilities across electronic design and related verification activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent experience in Electronic Design
• Digital design
• Analogue circuit design
• Design for EMC
• Debugging/Faultfinding
• Exposure to low-cost design in medium to high-volume electronics manufacturing
• Firmware
• Microprocessors (e.g., ARM Cortex)
• PCB Layout

Desirable Skills

• Wireless, IoT devices
