Senior Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Executive to join the global digital marketing team of a well‑established international business.

Remote‑first position with office visits a couple times a month; suitable for those able to commute to Cambridge when needed.

Location: Cambridge, England, United Kingdom.

About the Role

As the Senior Email Marketing Executive, you will shape the customer journey through strategic email and lifecycle marketing programs. You will build, optimise, and analyse campaigns that engage leads and retain customers across global B2B segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage email nurture sequences for leads and customers at all stages of the lifecycle.
• Deliver tailored messaging by customer type, market segment, and engagement level.
• Support sales and demand generation with targeted outreach campaigns using data enrichment tools.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance content, design, and send strategy.

About You

• 2‑4 years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Background in B2B marketing or sales‑aligned environments.
• Skilled in marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Expertise with customer segmentation and creating series.
