Service Care Solutions are working with an internationally regarded, Tier 1 Legal 500 company which is looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor into its Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team recognised for advising some of the world's most prominent businesses, including major listed companies and household names. With a UK team of over 50 employment specialists, this practice is part of a global network and regularly manages complex, cross-border projects.

The Role

Senior Employment Solicitor — PQE 3 to 6 years. Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 + bonus scheme.

The Work

• Day-to-day advisory support to major corporate clients.
• Employment aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including TUPE, outsourcing and business transfers.
• Employment tribunal and High Court litigation, as well as appellate work.
• Collective issues such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE and industrial relations.
• Internal investigations, including regulatory aspects.
• Strategic projects involving compliance with new legislation and workforce change programmes.

About You

• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 to 6 years' PQE.
• Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong technical ability combined with a commercial, client-focused approach.
