IPC – Israel Petroleum Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Diplomatic Advisor for Energy Affairs – a highly experienced, independent consultant with a proven background in cross-border energy relations, strategic negotiations, and high-level diplomatic engagement.

This is a non-corporate, high-impact role that offers a rare opportunity to work directly with a visionary private executive shaping energy relationships across the Middle East, Europe, and key emerging markets. The advisor will serve as a trusted strategic partner in advancing high-stakes energy diplomacy, unlocking regulatory access, and navigating geopolitical complexity.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate diplomatic engagements across oil, natural gas (including LNG), and related commodity sectors.
• Drive negotiations and strategic agreements with state actors, national oil companies (NOCs), and private-sector stakeholders.
• Build and sustain high-value relationships with ministers, regulators, and global energy leaders.
• Navigate complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory landscapes across the GCC, EU, and Mediterranean Basin.
• Act as a diplomatic and strategic right-hand to the principal – providing insights, removing barriers, and accelerating business access.

Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of proven experience in energy diplomacy, government affairs, or senior-level international relations – ideally with a strong consulting or advisory background.
• Demonstrated success working outside traditional corporate frameworks, with direct access to political and industrial decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen, rapid decision-making abilities, and a globally recognized network.
• Fluent English required; additional fluency in Arabic, French, or Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Preferred location: London, with flexibility for presence in global energy hubs (Geneva, Dubai, Singapore).
