Senior Equity Reward Manager - Birmingham
New Yesterday
Senior Equity Reward Specialist - Birmingham or Nottingham
A leading independent tax practice with offices across the UK is looking to strengthen its Equity Reward team with the hire of a Senior Manager. With growing demand from a broad range of clients - from scaling OMBs and PE-backed businesses to listed companies - this role offers the chance to work on complex and high-profile incentive planning assignments without the rigid structure of a Big 4 environment.
You'll be based from either the Birmingham or Nottingham office (with hybrid working), joining a national team that's known for deep technical strength and a highly collaborative culture. There's a strong pipeline of work, a clear route to Director (if that's your path), and a real commitment to flexibility, autonomy, and balance.
We're keen to speak to experienced professionals who:
Have at least 6 years' experience in equity reward, share plans or incentive planning
Are confident with EMI, CSOP, growth shares, freezer/ratchet arrangements and the associated tax and legal frameworks
Can handle employment-related securities due diligence and advise on the full incentive lifecycle - from design and implementation through to exit
Have strong client handling and project leadership skills
Hold a relevant qualification such as ATT, CTA, ACA, or a legal background
This is a great fit for someone who wants:
National-firm-quality work with a local presence in the Midlands
A firm that values people, not timesheets
A genuine all-employee profit share
Space to grow, develop, and influence a growing service line
If you're based in or around Birmingham or Nottingham and looking for a new challenge in the equity reward space, I'd love to have a confidential chat.
