Abstract Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious client to find a seasoned Senior Estates Surveyor to join their forward-thinking Property Services team on an immediate contract basis.

• Revenue Generation: Be the architect of increased rental income, optimising occupancy, and implementing smart strategies across a vast portfolio.
• Commercial Estate Leadership: Take the reins of a varied commercial estate, ensuring every asset delivers peak performance and aligns with critical service needs.
• Strategic Project Delivery: Lead and contribute to high-profile land and property projects, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams from concept to successful completion.
• Relationship Architect: Forge robust, visible relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from tenants and service users to key commercial partners.
• Valuation Insight: Provide essential valuation expertise, supporting both annual asset reviews and critical ad-hoc assessments across the entire estate.
• Transaction Mastery: Command the full lifecycle of strategic property transactions, ensuring seamless and compliant disposals and acquisitions.

You're the Ideal Fit If You Have:

• MRICS qualification (or equivalent relevant experience) a non-negotiable mark of your expertise.
• A proven track record in estate and property management, with a clear advantage for public sector or large commercial portfolio experience.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills you can lead, influence, and deliver.
• A deep and practical understanding of landlord & tenant law, valuations, and complex property transactions.
