Job Purpose
The End User Computing Engineer will provide operational support for our Mac and Windows endpoint management environment, policies, and applications across various business units. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that our endpoints are up-to-date, functioning optimally, and compliant with security standards. Additionally, the engineer will collaborate closely with support specialists to offer technical guidance and training.
Job Description
We seek a candidate who designs and implements an epic end‑user experience through our services. Success in this role requires a high level of motivation to acquire new technical skills, a commitment to quality, and effective collaboration with team members and customers. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint management best practices, including zero‑touch provisioning, cloud identity management, process automation, and conditional access methods, is essential. Ideal candidates should also be proficient in managing Android and iOS/iPadOS devices.
Responsibilities
Centralize the management of thousands of corporate endpoints, including PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Apple TVs.
Implement, operate, and maintain software and configuration deployments.
Lead projects to implement or enhance client endpoints and related systems.
Identify patterns and areas for improvement in assigned areas by applying scripting, automation, or application packaging and deployment methodologies.
Provide training on client endpoint solutions to teammates and other engineering and support teams.
Continuously create, review, and manage internal documentation to ensure accuracy for support teams and product handoffs.
Provide insightful projections and recommendations for client performance, security, and stability.
Manage Windows endpoints using modern management tools such as Entra ID, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM, MEM, MEMCM, SCCM), Intune, Miradore, and/or BigFix.
Manage Apple endpoints using modern management tools such as Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Intune.
Monitor our on‑prem infrastructure and SaaS health to prevent risks to our services.
Develop effective documentation, tooling, and alerts to identify and address reliability risks.
Support our endpoint management infrastructure during business hours and in an on‑call rotation.
Requirements
Prior experience with Windows and macOS desktop operating systems and related software.
Prior experience in centrally managing a Mac and PC enterprise environment.
Prior experience with Windows and macOS imaging/provisioning, patching, and deployment.
Prior experience with Windows and macOS application packaging and deployment.
Prior experience with Active Directory and GPO administration.
A solid understanding of computer security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
Understanding of Mobile Device Management/Unified Endpoint Management & Declarative Device Management frameworks.
Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.

Working knowledge of Entra ID
Prior experience with Intune
Prior experience with Jamf Pro
Prior experience with scripting for Windows (PowerShell, VB, etc.)
Prior experience with scripting for macOS (Bash, Zsh, etc.)
Working experience with fulfillment and change management workflows
Experience with enterprise SSO (Okta and/or Entra ID Auth)
Experience with Apple Business/School Manager workflows (SSO‑federated Managed Apple Accounts, Automated Device Enrollment, Managed App Distribution, etc.)
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
Jamf 300 certification or above (formerly known as CCA)
MD‑102: Endpoint Administrator certification
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with VDI technologies
Experience with PowerBI
Basic knowledge of database languages (MSSQL and MySQL)
Experience with 802.1x‑based network authentication
Experience with managing a global print solution
Understanding of the ITIL framework
Passion for video games
