Senior Events Manager – 12-Month Maternity Cover
Start Date: Early September 2025
Location: Central London (Hybrid: 3 or 4 days in the office)
Salary: Circa £60,000
Contract: Fixed Term – 12 Months

About the Role
As the Senior Events Manager, you’ll be central to delivering four of the most high-profile international events, for up to 350 people. The person who heads up the team is fantastic and they work really collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of flagship international events (US & EU)
- Manage event production – stage design, AV, CAD layouts, venue coordination
- Partner with the external production agency (briefing, scoping, execution)
- Negotiate contracts and ensure budget ownership
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for sign-off and approvals
- Oversee evening event experiences in collaboration with another Event Manager
- Manage relationships with venues – logistics, F&B, floor plans, H&S, build
- Ensure onsite stage management and seamless event execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Strong project management experience across international events
- A passion for production, staging, and AV (venue CADs, stage builds, tech liaison)
- Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
- Strong attention to detail and calmness under pressure
- Experience managing external production agencies to brief
- A background in logistics, venue liaison, health & safety, and full lifecycle delivery
