Central London - Hybrid 3 days a week

We’re working with an award-winning creative agency that’s looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong agency experience who thrives on delivering large-scale Experiential-First, high-budget projects from concept through to completion.

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, delivery, and financial management of multiple projects — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll be the key contact for clients, internal teams, and suppliers, keeping everything moving and everyone aligned.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients and building strong relationships
• Leading projects end-to-end, from proposals through to live delivery and reconciliation
• Managing budgets (£100k+) including supplier negotiations, invoicing, and final reconciliations
• Running weekly team/client meetings and driving project timelines
• Overseeing content, logistics, delegate management, and supplier coordination
• Leading and mentoring junior team members on projects
• Representing the agency at industry forums and exhibitions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience working within an agency environment
• Proven track record in budget handling (£100k+) and project reconciliation (Procim knowledge a bonus)
• Excellent client management and communication skills – confident with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple projects
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
