Job Description

Join our Global Business Development Operations team as a Senior Executive and assist in driving global business growth at Publicis Groupe. This role offers an opportunity to support on important operational workstreams, focusing on process improvement and cross-regional coordination. Your efforts will ensure our pitches are executed with precision and efficiency. This position is perfect for someone with a background in business development operations who thrives on managing projects and enhancing team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Support on the entire lifecycle of pitches, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Support pitch qualification using data analysis and market research.
• Assist in preparing high-quality research for pitch responses and presentation materials.
• Identify process improvements, integrating AI tools where beneficial.
• Collaborate with technology and design teams for effective pitch execution.
• Maintain and secure Business Development data, ensuring integrity and accessibility.
• Gather learnings from pitches to support continuous improvement and team development.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in the advertising industry or a similar industry in an operational role.
• Proven project management skills with a focus on timely, high-standard delivery.
• Strong process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Quick learner with robust problem-solving skills.
• Experience in events planning and coordination would be advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
