Senior Executive (Manager) Transaction Strategy & Execution – EY Parthenon, FS Join EY’s Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) team to advise corporate and private equity clients on IT & Operations in M&A, divestitures, and restructurings. Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to pre‑deal engagements such as technology and operational due diligence. Manage or contribute to technology workstreams during integrations or carve‑outs. Assist with business origination, including pitches and presentations. Work with client engagement teams to develop and execute transaction strategies. Add value in a fast‑paced environment with strong business acumen. Support practice development and foster a great team culture. Act as a role model and support development of junior team members, including recruitment and training.

Qualifications

Professional services / consulting experience within Transactions, ideally due diligence, carve‑out or integrations. Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience producing high‑calibre reports and presentations. Track record of successful IT project delivery with responsibility for discrete workstreams. Broad IT experience (applications, infrastructure, architecture, risk & cyber, financials). Strong analytical skills linking operational analysis to financials. Flexibility to travel to client locations as needed.

Preferred

Experience building relationships with senior clients, influencing decision makers. Experience in financial services sector. Quantitative and qualitative analysis aptitude. Experience supporting sales and business development for professional services. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong team participation in diverse settings.
