THE ROLE

The Senior Experiential Account Manager isa senior driving force behind our daily client work, the ultimate multi-tasker that knows our major clients’ projects better than anyone and keeps every element of delivery to time, to task and to budget whilst producing best in class in-person moments. They also form a part of the extended SMT within the agency and start to take on a leadership role, both internally with the team and externally with clients. This is a hybrid role of account management & event production with key responsibilities including:

The Senior Experiential Account Manager will manage multiple projects for one of the agency’s biggest and high-profile clients, Nike. From large scale campaigns to smaller bespoke experiential activations in a wide range of settings across Running, Football, Fitness, Retail and more. They will lead project teams containing specialist expertise, most commonly in event production but also team members with specific focuses on customer, creative, marketing and technology.

The Senior Experiential Account Manager is the lynchpin between the client and the wider project delivery team, working closely with their colleagues to manage experiential campaigns and ensure they are delivered in line with the client spec. A multi skilled individual and an exceptional administrator with a high-level capacity for figures, the Senior Experiential Account Manager has the ability to react to different client requirements and the needs of the team at a senior level.

The Senior Experiential Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that work is being delivered to client expectation at the highest standard and that everything is running as expected at all times.

On a day to day basis, the Senior Experiential Account Manager leads the creative collaboration with colleagues and the client in order to deliver high quality campaigns. Fresh thinking is part of our DNA, to bring disruptive and innovative ideas to all of our campaigns and the Senior Experiential Account Manager plays a fundamental role in the process of creative solutions for our client work.

The Senior Experiential Account Manager has the highest level of understanding of their clients’ needs, their brand and the space in which they operate. This allows the role to strategically advise our clients at a senior level as part of our service offer.

ABOUT THE PERSON

As the Senior Experiential Account Manager you:

PACKAGE

Contract:Permanent

Hours:37.5 hours a week

Location:Hybrid (Ability to attend Soho Works, 180 The Strand every Wednesday and at least one other day per week)

Holiday:25 days annual leave, Bank Holidays & time off in lieu for every weekend day worked
