The Role

As a Senior Associate (or equivalent), you’ll manage a high‑quality caseload of private family matters, providing first‑class advice and client care. You’ll also play an active role in mentoring junior solicitors, supporting the continued success and growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of complex private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children’s cases.
  • Advising high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients with sensitivity and discretion.
  • Handling pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider private client and corporate teams where cases overlap.
  • Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members.

About You

You will be an experienced family solicitor with strong technical ability, a commercial mindset, and the confidence to manage sophisticated private client work.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in private family law.
  • Experience handling complex financial matters and private children issues.
  • Excellent client‑handling skills, with a discreet and empathetic approach.
  • Strong business development acumen and a track record of growing client relationships.
