Senior Finance Business Partner - £75,000 to £80,000 - LoughboroughAre you a commercially focused finance professional looking to step up into a more strategic, business-facing role with real progression potential?We're recruiting for an innovative, well-backed manufacturer based in Loughborough, offering a newly created Senior Finance Business Partner position. The role has been designed to evolve into a No.2 to the Finance Director, ideal for someone with ambition, drive, and a track record of delivering impact beyond the numbers.While this is primarily an office-based role, the business offers flexible working hours and occasional home working, giving you the freedom to manage your time effectively, whether that's being home for a delivery, navigating school runs, or carving out focused time to deliver high-impact work.The OpportunityThis is a high-visibility role, with ownership of business partnering, reporting and commercial finance initiatives.
