Job Title: Senior Financial Business Partner
Location: Chester (Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE
Type: Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to join a growing organisation based in Chester. This role offers hybrid working, combining the flexibility of working from home with the benefits of being part of a collaborative team on-site.

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will provide insightful analysis, challenge assumptions, and help shape the future direction of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support business strategy.
• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies to maximise profitability.
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support key business initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls.
• Mentor and support junior finance team members where required.

About You

• ACA, CIMA, ACCA Qualification
• Proven experience in a senior finance partnering role within a corporate environment.
• Some experience in the property/construction field would be highly beneficial
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
