Overview

Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

The Team and Role: With a fast-moving, innovative culture and strong balance sheet, Logitech aims to extend human potential in work & play by designing software-enabled hardware solutions that drive superior performance when gaming and superior productivity while at work. We’re looking for the right person to join our finance team. Is that you?

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Global Direct E-Commerce, to support the Head of Global Direct E-Commerce (GDE) on a journey of consistent sales growth and profit improvement, while ensuring strong processes and controls are in place on financial planning & reporting. The role is based in one of our European offices, preferably in Utrecht, but also in Paris, Munich, or London.

The Senior Finance Manager, Global Direct E-Commerce is a critical and multi-faceted role. It will involve recurring quarterly tasks (ensuring books are closed correctly, SOX controls are performed), as well as critical thinking and advanced modeling to explore growth opportunities (geographic expansion, strategic engagements with external partners, commercial & go-to-market strategies).

This role has the potential to give the successful candidate relatively high exposure to Senior Leadership, because GDE is a very strategic business at Logitech. You will be a member of the GDE Leadership Team and will provide finance & business analytics support to the entire GDE organization, ranging from the Tech team (Long-Term / R&D-like investments) to the Marketing team (including modeling of advertising impacts) to the Commercial team (with support on business planning & go-to-market analyses).

Your Contribution

  • Be the finance partner to the Head of GDE and team, driving financially sound decisions, profitable sales growth, and improved contribution margin.
  • P&L ownership for the GDE Business.
  • Business & financial performance analysis & reporting of the GDE business.
  • Ensure forecasts are achievable and transparently communicate material deviations.
  • Financial planning (short-term and multi-year).
  • Improve communication & guidance with the Regions to harmonize GDE performance analysis.
  • Play a key finance advisory role in GDE development & expansion projects.
  • Financial modeling of business opportunities.
  • Business partnering with GDE teams.
  • Guardian of GDE accounting rigor & compliance.
  • Transform how we collect, analyze & use underlying e-commerce data.
  • Manage a small team of analysts focused on GDE drivers.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's Degree, with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
  • 10+ years in FP&A or ‘Business Finance’ roles in international environments such as FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or PC industry.
  • Previous finance experience supporting an online business.
  • People management experience.
  • Solid business acumen and judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, and capability to build financial models and business cases.
  • Expert MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiar with FP&A tools (Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP Analytics) and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI).
  • Experience working in matrix/functional structures.
  • Comfort with a fast-changing business context and ability to bring structure while enabling pace and control.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a multicultural context.
  • Effective communication with management.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
