This Senior Finance Manager role supports the Head of Finance and UK CFO in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. This role will lead financial planning, year-end audit, financial controls, performance management, and transformation initiatives, whilst partnering across the wider UK & international business.

Description

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and strategic insights.
  • Manage year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
  • Maintain and enhance financial controls, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Develop KPIs and financial metrics to support performance management.
  • Act as finance lead on transformation programmes, including digital finance and process optimisation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across UK and global teams.
  • Contribute to the One Europe finance agenda through best practice sharing and cross-border alignment.

Profile

  • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified.
  • 3+ post-qualified experience in industry
  • Proven strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to form and maintain strong cross-team relationships

Job Offer

  • £75,000 - £90,000 salary (based on experience)
