Sitting within the Finance Operations Management Team, this position acts as a key link between the accounting service function, finance business partners, and wider stakeholders. What will the Senior Finance Manager role involve?

• Lead and develop a large finance team (around 15–20 staff including 3 direct reports).
• Oversee period-end close, review key outputs, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Finance Business Partners to interpret key cost drivers, support financial performance reviews, and advise on technical accounting matters.
• Deliver meaningful analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Champion process improvement and efficiency across the Finance Operations function.

Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Manager vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with broad finance experience.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate large teams within a complex environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial controls.
• Skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable insight.
