About Innovative Medicine Principal Operations (IMPO): A global organization with teams across the US, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Singapore working in close collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Tax and Treasury.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the IMPO Inventory & Costing team in Ireland who will be responsible for Ireland Pharmaceuticals Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting of Actuals, Forecasts and related analysis for Gross to Net Inventory and ‘Other Costs not in Standard’ (OCNIS).
  • Lead the IE Finance function for Key New Product Flows including master data set up, testing and flow implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies & internal controls; support internal/external audit cycles as needed.
  • Collaborate with key business partners to interpret variances, develop appropriate corrective actions and understand trends and impacts.
  • Develop robust inventory & OCNIS reporting processes across IMPO; partner with management and colleagues to assess and implement recommendations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements, harmonize and standardize activities and implement digital solutions to increase efficiency while shaping the cross-country team.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting or related field.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance).
  • Highly motivated with strong intellectual curiosity, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a virtual organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems required; experience with advanced data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
