Senior Financial Analyst – London (Hybrid) Representing a global technology leader undergoing exciting transformation

We’re working with a top-tier international tech and business services firm to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant for their UK&I finance team. This London-based role reports to the Senior Finance Manager and plays a key part in statutory reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and finance operations across P2P, O2C, treasury, and payroll. You’ll act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and offshore teams, supporting financial analysis, IFRS compliance, and process improvement. The business is undergoing significant change, so adaptability and a proactive mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare UK GAAP statutory accounts and support audit cycles
• Lead balance sheet analysis, reconciliations, and group reporting
• Support tax calculations, RDEC analysis, and compliance across UK & Ireland
• Provide technical accounting guidance (IFRS 15, leases, pensions)
• Collaborate with offshore teams to enhance finance operations

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 1–2 years PQE
• Audit-trained with strong IFRS and tax knowledge
• Skilled in Excel and ERP systems (SAP desirable)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
