Honeycomb is partnering with a well established and high performing Wealth Management company to recruit for a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their office based just outside Belfast city centre. The role is office based Tuesday - Thursday, with Monday and Friday WFH days. The role is permanent and comes with great career development opportunities.

A prestigious wealth management firm based in Belfast is seeking a talented Senior Financial Insurance Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Financial Insurance Administrator, you\'ll be at the forefront of client service excellence in a rapidly evolving industry.

The Role

As a Senior Financial Services Administrator, you will closely with the Financial Advisors to carry out a range of support duties. Typical tasks include:

• Manage and optimise the client review process, ensuring top-notch service delivery
• Utilise the Intelligent Office system to maintain accurate client records and streamline workflows
• Collaborate with a team of 7 advisors, paraplanners, and financial services administrators
• Contribute to the company\'s growth strategy
• Build relationships with clients, providers and internal stakeholders

Desired Criteria

• Proven experience in financial services administration in a wealth management setting
• Strong knowledge of client review processes and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in using financial management software, ideally Intelligent Office

Package

• Salary £28 - £32K
• 25 days annual leave + stats
