Senior Fit Out Project Manager

A specialist interior fit-out business has an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple interior fit-out projects in the retail, hospitality, and leisure sectors.

Responsibilities include:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in fitting out retail, leisure, and food sector projects ranging from £100,000 to £3,000,000
• Delivering excellence and building strong client and contractor relationships
• Managing multiple projects under pressure
• Following organizational policies and procedures
• Leading site-based trades
• Ensuring health & safety compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
• Programme control and cost management
• Proactive problem-solving attitude
